Donations and Appearances

The associates within Spurs Sports & Entertainment (San Antonio Spurs, San Antonio Silver Stars, San Antonio Rampage, the Spurs Foundation…) are asked to hold up thousands of valuable generous causes and events each year. We create every attempt to house as many requests are likely.

though, due to the number of requests we take delivery of, we are just unable to lodge all requests. in sequence for your association to be measured for a donation item or appearance, and to make sure fairness and maximize reach, you must obey with the following guidelines:

every donation and appearance requests must be received online or printed, completed and mailed or faxed on the on-line ask for form no later than thirty days prior to your need. unfinished applications will not be careful.  

Requesting non-profit organizations must have a 501(c)(3) tax excused status. You must go in your organization’s valid Tax Exempt ID # on the online form in command for your request to be considered. (If you are a commerce sponsoring a generous event, please ask a associate of the charity to complete the donation request form.)

Precedence is given to requests within 75 miles of San Antonio where the mainstream of our fans live and work.

We refuse individual items to be mailed in or dropped off for signatures of players and coaches.

Multiple donations to single associations in a calendar year are rare. Due to the amount of requests, Spurs Sports & Entertainment cannot give incentives or auction items to local worker United Way Campaigns. We too do not buy ads.

Due to the big volume of requests inward, there are no exemptions to the above strategy. Please keep in mind that submit an online request does not assurance your organization will take delivery of a donation. No phone calls please.
